Seattle has always been home to me. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate and a background in merchandising and buying at Nordstrom, I bring a combination of local knowledge, market perspective, and a deeply personal approach to helping people move.

I love the details that make a home and a neighborhood feel right. The architecture, the light, the kitchen where everyone gathers, the independent shop around the corner, the park at the end of the street. I believe the best real estate decisions come from understanding not only the property, but the life my clients want to create around it.

He has deep experience in digital innovation and transformation in service and selling. Bob resides in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle with his wife and real estate partner, Nicole Bailey, and their young German Short-haired Pointer, Meyer. Bob and Nicole have three kids; Juliana, McKenzie, and Elliot. Outside of real estate, Bob is an active advocate in the Seattle music scene and serves as vice-chair on the board of SMASH, an organization providing working musicians access to crucial healthcare. He has also dedicated hundreds of hours of recording studio time to enable emerging young musicians to produce their work.
